The UML Central Committee meeting is still in session today. The central members are continuing to speak on the political report presented by Chairman KP Sharma Oli. As of Thursday, 184 central members have expressed their views.

In this central committee meeting, three dozen central members have expressed their views in favor of former President Bidya Bhandari.

They have also demanded that former President Bhandari be allowed to enter active politics of the UML. Similarly, a dozen central members have demanded that Chairman KP Oli take responsibility for the political situation that arose after the Gen-G movement and that he should conduct a self-criticism based on that.

Some of them have demanded that Chairman Oli step down.
