The Democratic Socialist Party (LOSPA) Nepal has also withdrawn its support from the Madhesh state government. After Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh's government fell into a minority, LOSPA has withdrawn its support at the last minute. On Tuesday, Chief Minister Singh will take the vote of confidence in the Madhesh state assembly. However, all the ministers of the Singh-led cabinet have resigned.

Earlier, Congress, UML and Chief Minister Singh's party itself have withdrawn their support and called their ministers. Rani Sharma Tiwari who became Education and Culture Minister from LOSPA has resigned today.

LOSPA Parliamentary Party leader Jayanul Rain informed that he is going to send a letter withdrawing support from the government to the state assembly. He said that he will not even give a vote of confidence to Chief Minister Singh tomorrow. He says that he will not go to the next government led by Congress. We will not even go to the next government. We are also withdrawing support from this government," he said. "If the next government is formed under our leadership, we will participate in the government, otherwise we will remain in the opposition."

On the 24th of August, when the protest took place, Chief Minister Singh resigned on Facebook and took the stand to return to office. The topic of government change began to arise. Chief Minister Singh was recalled by his own party on August 28. And on October 2, the Chief Minister was recommended to the party for action. At that time, the Janmat Party was sitting on the opposition's desk in the state assembly. In the first week of October, the Congress also decided to withdraw from the Madhesh government. After that, UML also withdrew its support from the Singh-led government and submitted a claim to form the Congress-led government.

There are 107 members in the Madhesh Provincial Assembly. Currently there are 150 MPs. LOSPA's Abhiram Sharma and UML's Dipendra Thakur are suspended. In Madhesh province, there are 24 of UML (one suspended), 22 of Congress, 19 of Janata Samajwadi Party of Nepal, 13 of Janmat Party, 9 of Maoist Center, 9 of Democratic Socialist Party of Nepal (one suspended), 7 of United Socialist Party and 1/1 of RPP, Civil Liberties Party and Federal Samajwadi Party. Under the leadership of Congress, UML and Janmaat have prepared to form the government.

54 votes are needed to form a new government. However, these parties have been claiming that they have the support of 58 MPs. Apart from these, the parties have not decided to go/not to go to the government.
