Officials are meeting to prepare for the special convention of the Maoist center, party unity with other parties and preparations for declared elections. The meeting will be held at the party central office Parisdanda at 1 pm.

He said that the necessary procedure for the preparation of the special convention and the unity of the Nepal Communist Party, CPN, and the Nepal Samajwadi Party are being discussed for unity.
He also said that he will make necessary programs for the preparation of the elections announced on February 21. He said, 'We will hold the special convention together with other parties and preparation for elections.'
Maoists dissolved the central committee in the last week of August and formed the organizing committee in a special convention. Pushpa Kamal Dahal is the co-ordinator of the special convention while all others have been converted into members of the organizing committee.
