Harkaraj Rai 'Sampang', mayor of Dharan sub-metropolitan city, has filed an application for party registration with the Election Commission. He has applied for registration under the name of 'National Labor Culture Party'.
Election Commission spokesperson Narayan Prasad Bhattarai informed that party registration documents are in the process of being submitted. According to the
commission, if all the criteria are met, the party will be registered after the Dasain holidays. The commission said that the application for registration has been accepted.
