Chairman of the Maoist Center Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the vandalism, looting and arson as well as the physical attacks on the political figures in the Zen-G movement were completely planned and planned.

He has also claimed that such incidents were not caused by Gen-G protestors. He called the movement of Zen-Ji  The reactionaries have also claimed that they used it for their own interests. But the grounds to confirm it have not been submitted in detail. 

In the preface submitted to the Central Committee, he has included various ideas about the role of the government before the Jen-Ji rebellion and the developments that have developed since. The five main points included in the proposal submitted by Dahal are: 

1) Dahal claimed that national politics was centered on the issues raised by Maoists and questioned why Maoists were attacked. He also said that some crises may arise from the non-party government formed after the Gen-G movement. In the proposal submitted by him, it is written, 'Though a non-party government was formed after the Jain-G movement, the crisis over our achievements has not abated. The regressive and reactionary tactics of spreading chaos under various pretexts, repealing the constitution, issuing an interim constitution, imprisoning democratic party leaders and activists in the name of corruption investigation, banning democratic political parties and proving their interests through their own puppet characters through favorable elections and results remain.' 

2) Dahal has claimed that the Gen-J rebellion is the result of the actions of the two-thirds government led by the UML . Similarly, he also said that the attack on government property was planned in the name of agitation. In the resolution submitted by him, it is written, 'On August 24th, historic properties of the country such as the Rashtrapati Bhavan, Legislative Parliament, Supreme Court, Lion's Palace, hundreds of public offices, residences of democratic party leaders, banks, financial institutions, media and businesses were attacked physically, and the nation had to bear unimaginable losses. One thing is clear that vandalism, looting and arson as well as physical attacks on political figures were fully planned and planned. He also said that there was an infiltration in the name of Zen-G movement. It is written in the proposal submitted by him,  "They prepared a strategy that they can destroy the anti-establishment under the cover of Gen-G". As a result, even though gen-jis who were dissatisfied with the government's activities were seen on the streets, the reactionaries used it for their own interests. Other domestic and foreign power centers were also involved in this work.

3) Dahal said that Prime Minister Oli resigned due to Gen-G movement and in the same meso  He also said that a new political vacancy and crisis has emerged after the events that took place across the country. He said that for the first time in the history of Nepal, the Nepali Army has reached a political dialogue and has written in the preamble, raising the issue of Gen-G representatives appearing for talks with the army. When Gen-G called for a movement, it was seen that the main characters of the regression were sitting at the negotiating table to resolve the political crisis, which was not normal and natural. A serious crisis appeared on our achievements . Dahal has claimed that after the movement, the role of the real gen-jis has weakened and the circulating characters have appeared. But they have not revealed anything about who they were and how they came to be circulated. 

4) Dahal said that the support given by the Maoists and the stance taken by the President after the Gen-Ji uprising saved the constitution and order. But he has said that in the process of forming a new government, the work of forming a government is different from the opinion held by them. He wrote, 'After the President and other parties voted against this proposal, we voted as an alternative proposal to appoint Sushila Karki as the new Prime Minister on the recommendation of the then Prime Minister, the appointment should be approved by the Parliament, the Parliament should not work regularly, and the Parliament should make itself inactive and go into the mandate to address the demands raised by the Gen-G movement. Only if this happens, the constitutional and political process will continue and our stand will remain on the appointment of the Prime Minister. But the events didn't proceed that way . Therefore, we have disagreed with the lack of appointment of a new prime minister as per the constitution and the process of political exit without the parliament taking ownership of the appointment and new mandate process.
