The second legislative convention of CPN-UML continues today. UML Propaganda Department Head Rajendra Gautam informed that on the third day of the convention held at the Sunrise Conference Center in Lalitpur Godavari, the suggestions made in groups on the reports presented in the convention will be presented in the closed session today.

The closed session of the convention will be held from 8:00 am. According to him, after the group discussion on the seven reports presented in the convention, the leaders of those groups will present their suggestions on the report today. Group leaders from Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces will present suggestions on the report.

Similarly, representatives of the valley special province, various people's organizations, contact coordination committee and migration and central agency representatives and central office and departmental structures and central agency representatives will also present suggestions on the report by the group leader. After the group leaders have given suggestions on the reports of their respective groups, there is an agenda for Prime Minister and Party Chairman KP Sharma Oli to respond based on those suggestions.

After President Oli responded to the suggestions from the group, Gautam, the head of the propaganda department, informed that if there is no agreement on any matter, the party constitution will be passed in an integrated manner.  Similarly, today there is also an agenda for passing contemporary resolutions. UML Propaganda Department Head Gautam informed that the agenda for the election of the Central Election Commission today is also in the convention.

UML's second legislative convention, which started on Friday with the basic slogan of 'Building decisive national power, our resolution, prosperous Nepal, happy Nepali national destination', has 2026 delegates from all over the country and 315 more as organizers, 20341 people participated. The convention is scheduled to end today.
