The UML legislative convention has passed 29-point contemporary resolutions. Passing the contemporary resolution, UML has asked the community with left-wing ideas to join the UML.

'The mainstream of the left-wing and democratic movement in Nepal is CPN (UML). CPN (UML) is the main driver of unity and integration,'' the proposal says, 'in the theoretical light of the people's multi-party democracy, it is the need of the day for the entire left-wing public opinion to be polarized around a strong organization and effective leadership. Considering this national responsibility, this Legislative Congress cordially invites the common people who believe in the left-wing ideology to join CPN (UML).'

UML has decided that the stance taken by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli regarding the country's nationality, sovereignty and borders during his visit to China has made the country's head high. This Convention Party Chairman and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, while participating in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit and during his visit to China (August 14-18, 2082), disagreed with the agreement made with the Chinese President Xi Jinping to use the Nepali land Lipulek as a trade route with India, presenting the claim that the land belongs to Nepal on the basis of available evidence, facts, and maps. The statement issued by the Head of Publicity Department, Rajendra Gautam, says that the stance taken on sovereignty and borders has raised the head of the country. Also, it is felt that the bilateral meetings with heads of state and governments of various countries, including Russia, and the commitments expressed during this process have made Nepal's reputation even higher.
