Even though social networks including Facebook are closed for the general public, it has been found that the Prime Minister and UML President KP Sharma Oli's Secretariat 'PM KP Oli Secretariat' page is open. The photo of Oli inaugurating the Legislative Assembly was uploaded from the Balkot page at 1 pm. Similarly, 'Balkot' page also shared that picture.
In the status written by the secretariat, the second legislative convention of NCP (UML) has started from today at Sunrise Assembly Hall in Lalitpur. Party Chairman and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli inaugurated the post. The post was placed on the secretariat's page at 1 pm.
Ukusmukus at the convention delegates
Delegates at the UML's second legislative convention were taking extensive photographs inside and outside the Godavari Sunrise Hall on Friday. But it seemed that the photos were not being posted on Facebook and Instagram. They were saying, "If we put it on Facebook and Instagram, it will be closed, it will take work to maintain it." Tiktok, which was not closed because
was already listed in Nepal, became the choice of UML representatives. The government had decided to shut down unlisted social networks from 12 midnight on Thursday.
