पूर्वमन्त्री वर्षमान पुनले संघीयता जोगाउन संघ, प्रदेश र स्थानीय तहबीच समन्वय र निरन्तर सम्पर्क आवश्यक रहेको बताए।
उनले बजेटको अभाव, तथ्यांकको अभाव र कार्यान्वयनमा कमजोरीका कारण विकासमा समस्या आएको उल्लेख गर्दै स्थानीय तहलाई आत्मनिर्भर बन्न आह्वान गरे।
कार्यक्रममा सहभागी अन्य नेताहरूले पनि बजेट कटौती, कर्मचारी सरुवा र राजनीतिक प्रतिशोधका कारण विकास अवरुद्ध भएको गुनासो गरे।

Former Finance Minister and Deputy General Secretary of the Maoist Center Varshman Pun has said that development is possible only if there is coordination between the three levels of federalism. He emphasized that in the context of Nepal, there should be continuous contact between the union, state and local levels.
