In the second legislative convention of UML, which will start from next Friday, there is an agenda to pass political and organizational reports, draft legislation, current political proposals. President KP Sharma Oli will inaugurate the convention at Sunrise Hall in Godavari on Friday 20th of August.

The speech of the main leaders, political, organizational reports and draft legislation will be presented in the three-day legislative convention. Likewise, the representatives will be divided into groups and leaders will be selected to give suggestions on various reports.

On August 21, all groups will discuss the reports and the team leader will draw a conclusion. Similarly, on the last day of the convention, on August 22, there is a program to present the conclusions from the group, and the leadership will address the suggestions from the group. Publicity Department Rajendra Gautam informed that the program will be formally adopted by the convention hall based on the suggestions from the group.

There will be an open discussion on all reports. "There is a system where the representatives can express their views openly," he said, "the suggestions of the representatives will be respected." The central committee scheduled to discuss the suggestions and political and organizational reports from the state, district and municipality committees on the draft law was postponed.

Publicity department head Gautam said that the Central Committee will be postponed and the Central Secretariat or Standing Committee will sit and proceed with the report. "Political, organizational and legislative drafts are being prepared by the central secretariat or standing committee," he said. The representatives will have their opinion.
