Deputy Prime Minister Paudel told the House that Nepal is capable of cooperating with all countries of the world in controlling economic crimes.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Bishnu Prasad Paudel has said that Nepal is ready to cooperate with all the countries of the world to control economic crimes that challenge the country itself.
While responding to the queries raised by the parliamentarians at the National Assembly meeting on Friday, he said that the government is capable of cooperating with any country in the world to control economic crimes that challenge the country.
Deputy Prime Minister Paudel mentioned that Nepal is trying to move forward in cooperation with all the countries of the world to control economic crimes of a large and serious nature that can challenge the state itself, and said that the government is aware of that duty. He also reiterated the assurance that Nepal will not fall into the gray list economically.
Deputy Prime Minister Paudel said, 'The country has a duty towards economic crime control and good governance. Common global efforts to control money laundering and terrorist financing are also manifestations of the same. Nepal is ready to move forward in cooperation with all countries of the world to control economic crimes of large and serious nature that can challenge our state. There are efforts in that regard. I would like to maintain that this is the concern of the world and the government as well.'
On that occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Paudel said that even though Nepal is facing economic difficulties, it is not trapped in problems.
