The bench has ordered that the letter sent by the Civil Liberation Party to the Parliament Secretariat stating that it has withdrawn its support from the government and the letter of its renewed support.
Claiming that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is temporary, the petition filed in the Supreme Court has been fixed on August 17. The bench of judges Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Nripadhwaj Niraula ordered three files after a week.
The bench has ordered that the letter sent to the Parliament Secretariat stating that the Civil Liberation Party has withdrawn its support from the government and the letter of its support again.
Similarly, the court has ordered the resignation of minister Arun Kumar Chaudhary, who participated in the government from the Civil Liberation Party. In addition to this, there has been an order to obtain the necessary details from the Election Commission regarding the legality of NAUPA and the office bearer dispute.
Earlier, the bench of Judge Sunil Kumar Pokharel raised four questions and asked for a written answer. During the debate, Justice Sharma asked Attorney General Ramesh Badal about the official letter from the Parliament Secretariat. After the judge's question, the Attorney General said that the order should be obtained from the Parliament Secretariat, and the bench ordered to obtain the file instead of conducting a second hearing.
