Nepali Congress General Minister Gagan Kumar Thapa has said that there is a need for greater confidence within the Congress. Addressing a meeting organized on the memorial day of Nanda Prasad Sivakoti in Kathmandu on Wednesday, he mentioned that the need for confidence within the Congress party has increased.

He said that the party should never forget that the Nepali Congress is the national power of Nepal.

National power is not determined only by the results of the election, but the party that has the strength to understand, understand, overcome and address the nation's challenges, he said, is the national party. He said that now there is great dissatisfaction in the country and it is the responsibility of the Congress to bring Nepali society out of it.

Thapa said, 'Great confidence is needed within the Nepali Congress Party now. We should not forget that we are the national power of Nepal. The national party is not only determined by the election results. During the Panchayat period, we did not fight elections, we did not even fight the elections conducted by the king. Even though it lost the election to the Maoists in 2065, the Congress is still the national power. National strength is the ability to understand, overcome and address the biggest challenges facing the nation. Today there is extreme dissatisfaction in Nepali society. It is our responsibility to address it and move forward. For that, Congress needs confidence and purity.
