Some independent people announced the candidate  The campaign has already started. The main parties are in the final exercise of candidate selection . Even the RSVP, which is becoming a challenge for the old political parties, has started to see this election as a mini-referendum. Regarding the election, the election discussions and speculations have started in the main market of the city .

In the by-election of Rupandehi-3, the effect of Congress, UML, Raswapa and Madheshi party is good. Earlier Deepak Bohora of RPP won the election in alliance with UML. After his death, by-elections are going to be held in this area .

is trying to preserve the legacy won in alliance with UML . However, this time, the possibility of joining the main party alliance with RPP is low . Despite the influence of civil emancipation, public opinion, LOSPA, and Jaspa from the Madhesh parties, public opinion and civil emancipation have been seen preparing their candidature separately.

The first talk from Congress is about leader Balkrishna Khan. In the previous election, Khan was defeated by RPP leader Bohra . Congress leaders say that the chances of him being a candidate himself this time are low. Especially since the issue of Bhutanese refugee issue has not been resolved, Pramod Yadav and Ramchandra Dhakal are more discussed as alternatives. According to

sources, the Congress party is preparing to advance the mining in coordination with the UML when the issue of mining is settled. Along with Khan, his alternatives are Yadav and Dhakal. Yadav was defeated by LOSPA's Sarvendranath Shukla in Rupandehi-4 in 2079.

Similarly, Khimlal Bhattarai is the strongest candidate from UML. However, the names of Shashi Poudel and Yagyajit Shah are in discussion along with Bhattarai from UML. Bhattarai resigned from the National Assembly with 18 months remaining and tried to become a candidate from Rupandehi-5 in 2079. However, Bhattarai's candidacy could not be registered as UML's Vasudev Ghimire had already registered his candidacy in his place. So now he is the first contender in UML . He has been in the field for almost a month and has been conducting election polls . Along with him, Paudel and Shah are also strong candidates. However, there is a possibility that one of Bhattarai and Poudel will be in the final candidacy.

This area is also the area of Ghanshyam Bhusal, General Secretary of the United Socialist Party of Nepal. Bhusal, who won the election in this region in 2074, was defeated by UML secretary Chabilal Vishwakarma in region number 1 in the last election. There is talk that Bhusal may also become a candidate if he has the support of some Madhesh party and Maoists.

Similarly, the Madhesh parties have also prepared to raise a common candidate in this area. 4 parties belonging to the Federal Democratic Front are trying to form a coalition.

Civil emancipation, Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal, Democratic Samajwadi Party Nepal and Janmat Party are trying to form a coalition. Civil Immunity is the first contender. After the public opinion also claimed, the consensus could not be reached . In the last election, Naupa got 6 thousand 10 votes, Jaspa Nepal got 5 thousand 291 votes, LOSPA got 5 thousand 53 votes and public opinion got 3 thousand 732 votes. However, in the last election, Deepak Bohora of RPP won by getting 36 thousand 717 votes. Khan of Congress got 34 thousand 36 votes .

After the death of Bohora, the RPP, which lost its constituency, has recommended candidates from the district to the center as per the strategy to bring it back. The district performance committee has recommended the names of district president and former mayor Sagar Pratap Rana, central member Vasantavikram Shahi, city member Captain Gaurav Bohra, district member E Prajwal Bohra, central member Swati Thapa and district spokesperson and advocate Dilip Kumar Mallik. However, RPP is making final preparations to promote Deepak's son, engineer Prajwal Bohora. He is currently deployed in the field with election strategy. According to sources, Sulabh Kharel is more likely to become a candidate from RSVP . He is a resident of Butwal sub-metropolitan city-16. He has been living in America and came to Nepal to contest the elections.

Ravi Lamichhane, president of RSVP and DP Aryal, who is close to him, has confirmed that he will be a candidate, and it is said that he has submitted an application at the end and has become the first number during the publication of the list . Bipin Acharya, joint general minister of RASWP and in-charge of Lumbini province, said that 9 candidates from RASWP have been shortlisted and the names of the candidates who have been elected through the primary election will be announced on August 15. "There is an internal procedure of RSWP for candidate selection," he said. We will select a unanimous candidate to win. Acharya is leading the by-election. Along with Kharel, RSVP regional president Madhu Aryal, 2079 RSVP candidate Jit Bahadur Gupta and female leader Gyanu Paudel are also the main aspirants.
