Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal mentioned that another road revolution is necessary in the country and said that he will lead it. In the educational dialogue program organized by All Revolutionaries, he said that the qualitative development of the country will not happen until there is another big revolution.

"Federal Democratic Republic, despite the establishment of inclusiveness  I have gone to the people to say that I will lead a new movement,' he said, 'a new movement and revolution is necessary. Another revolution is needed in Nepal. I don't mean armed conflict . Until there is a big revolution from a road, it is not seen that it will enter their mind.' 

He said that it is necessary to transform the country's bureaucracy and judiciary. 'We have not been able to bring about a revolution in the bureaucracy, in the judiciary and in the minds of the old parties to move the country forward in a qualitative manner,' he said, 'We have yet to break the shackles of tradition.'
