Holi is being celebrated in the Terai Madhesh today, a day before the House of Representatives elections. The residents of the Terai Madhesh did not celebrate Holi yesterday, saying that there was a lunar eclipse on Tuesday and there was heavy rain. Usually, Holi was celebrated in the Terai the day after Holi was celebrated in the hilly areas. Meanwhile, people are celebrating Holi in Birgunj today.
