The presence of delegates and well-wishers gathered for the second special general convention of the Nepali Congress has increased the hustle and bustle at the convention venue, Bhrikuti Mandap.

बिहानदेखि नै महाधिवेशन प्रतिनिधिहरूको नाम दर्ताको क्रम जारी छ । उद्घाटन सत्र दिउँसो १ बजेका लागि तय गरिएको छ । महाधिवेशन आयोजक समितिका अनुसार उद्घाटन समारोहअघि काठमाडौँका विभिन्न ६ स्थानबाट र्‍याली-जुलुस निकालिँदै छ। ती जुलुस भृकुटीमण्डप प्रवेश गरेपछि औपचारिक उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम सुरु हुनेछ। उद्घाटन समारोह सम्पन्न भएपछि आजै बन्दसत्र पनि प्रारम्भ गरिनेछ।
