A lamp was lit on Thursday in memory of those who died during the Genji movement on August 23 and the demonstration on August 24. On the occasion of the completion of one month of the movement, the families and well-wishers of the deceased lit candles in front of the gate of the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwar on Thursday evening and prayed for the peace of the deceased. So far, 75 people have died during the protest, including youths and policemen.
