घडा स्थापना गरी पूजाआजा गर्न पवित्र जल लिन उनीहरू वाणगंगा नदीको लक्ष्मणघाट पुगेका थिए । थारू पहिरनमा गाउँगाउँबाट बाजागाजा र भजन गाउँदै पुगेका थिए । श्रद्धालुहरू नदी किनारमा पण्डित राखेर संकल्प पूजा गरी घडामा जल लिएर फर्केका थिए । उनीहरूले घरमा घडामा दियोबालेपछि नवरात्रीको पूजाको विविधत सुरु भएको मान्ने गरेको जगदीशपुरका अनिल थारुले बताए । वाणगंगा नगरपालिकाको थारू गउँको यो परम्परागत चलन हो ।
लक्ष्मणघाट ऐतिहासिक महत्त्वका भएकाले त्यहाँको जल पवित्र मानिन्छ । प्रत्येक वर्ष आश्विन शुक्ल प्रतिपदादेखि सुरु हुने यस वर्षको बडादसैं आजदेखि सुरु भएको छ । यो पर्व आश्विन शुक्ल पूर्णिमासम्म १५ दिन धुमधामसँग मनाउने गरिन्छ ।
