'Trash Boom' has been used for the management of plastic waste flowing in the river. The employees of Kathmandu Metropolitan City have collected river waste for the first time in Nepal using trash boom in Balkhu river near Kalanki Malpot. For the collection and management of plastic material flowing in the river, 'trash boom' is being used abroad.
