नागढुंगा–नौबिसे खण्डको १२.२६ किलोमिटर पहिलो प्याकेजअन्तर्गत पर्छ । १ अर्ब ३० करोड रुपैयाँमा जाङ्सु–सगुन जेभीसँग २०७८ चैत २९ मा यस प्याकेजको निर्माण गर्ने गरी ठेक्का सम्झौता गरिएको हो । २०८१ जेठ २७ भित्र काम सक्नुपर्ने भए पनि काम नसकिएपछि २०८१ माघसम्मका लागि पहिलो टक र २०८२ साउन १० सम्मका लागि दोस्रोपटक म्याद थपिएको छ, प्रगति भने ७५ प्रतिशत पुगेको छ ।
