Red Panda and Thar Festival has started in Khotang. The festival started on Monday on the occasion of Mundum Tour Year 2025.Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadhi Municipality has organized the festival in Hurlung with the aim of promoting tourism. On the occasion of the festival, artist Dayahang Rai inaugurated Red Panda and Thar Trail. Besides this, the map has also been launched.
