The first edition of the educational festival has started in Bardiwas of Mahottari. The festival was organized by the organization 'Sabai Lagi Bham' in coordination with Bardiwas Municipality and Education Branch. Prahlad Kumar Chhetri, mayor of Bardiwas municipality, inaugurated the festival on Sunday.
