२०७९ असोज १६ सम्म निर्माणको काम सक्ने भन्दै ०७६ असोज १६ मा यसको ठेक्का सम्झौता भएको थियो । तर अहिलेसम्म निर्माणसम्पन्न भएको छैन । तोकिएको समयमा काम नसकिएपछि चौथोपटक ०८१ चैत १८ सम्मका लागि गत असारमा म्याद थप गरिएको हो ।
