Elephants of Sauraha feasting in the forest [Photos]

The elephant and tourism festival continues in Sauraha from Thursday. With reference to Christmas and English New Year, Regional Hotel Association (HAN) Sauraha has started elephant festival since 2005. This is the 18th edition of the Elephant Festival. The festival will be conducted till Monday, 15th of January at Baghmara Intermediate Community Forest in Sauraha. The elephants' forest dinner program has been an attraction.

महोत्सवमा हात्तीको पेनल्टी शूट आउट, सुन्दरी प्रतियोगिता र हात्तीहरुको वनभोज कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरिएको हो । हात्तीहरुको वनभोज कार्यक्रममा विभिन्न किसिमका मिष्ठान्न परिकारहरु तयार पारियको थियो । शनिबार ३५ वटा हात्तीलाई वनभोज गराइएको थियो । ड्र्यागन फ्रुट, स्याउ, उखु, केरा, घाँस, खर्बुजा, भूइँकटहर, मकै, पाउरोटी , सुन्तला, भेलिमा पकाएको चामल, लगायतका खानेकुरा खुवाइएको थियो ।
