It is necessary to build an equal existence through cooperation between women and men . The patriarchal society that has existed for centuries has still treated women as second-class citizens . Some women have been forced to live without identity .

Whose existence is irrefutable, is she deliberately left behind ? Will men benefit by weakening women with the stigma of discrimination ? Should ordinary women still have to fight for their identity and existence ? But, this should not happen now . It is too late for ordinary women to become self-reliant and empowered and walk on the same path with men . Now, everyone's role must change to build a women-friendly and daughter-friendly society .

Women should also change their own thinking, ideas, thoughts, style and culture . They should never think of themselves as weak . They should manage their time for their all-round development . Let us not be stingy in spending on education, health, and nutritious food. If we are gossiping about others, trying to pull the legs of women who are more capable than us, forgetting our own existence and accepting insults every time and considering our husbands as God, let us not do that either.

Husbands and wives are fellow travelers. Both have equal roles and existence. No woman should accept a relationship where she forgets herself and serves her husband throughout her life and has to endure violence at his hands every day. This will lead her to death one day. The most important thing in any relationship, family, and friends is herself. If we can become healthy, capable, and self-reliant, other things will improve.

If there is love and a peaceful environment in the family, all members will progress well. Who will do what housework? There is no law that states that division. The thinking and upbringing of our patriarchal society still dominates the idea that women should do the housework. Let all family members cooperate in all tasks.

Let's end all the discriminatory practices like telling daughters, 'You are a girl, so learn to cook, learn to speak nicely, respect others, as a girl you should not talk too much, you should bear it even if you are hurt'. Both children should be taught all kinds of things. Moral education, good manners, and the teachings of our Eastern philosophy should be given to both children. The tendency of uncultured sons to misbehave with cultured daughters, commit heinous crimes like adultery, rape, and the victims should be blamed for it should end from the home.

How long will daughters continue to be victims in the matter of protecting the honor of the family? The root of the criminal thinking of boycotting the victim and making the perpetrator a villain is every family. The rights of the victim are mentioned as a fundamental right in the Constitution of Nepal. In today's 21st century era, the victim must get justice and the perpetrator must be punished. For this, let's manage an environment of zero tolerance against violence from every household.

Husband and wife are the two wheels of the chariot of life. Life is easier to live when both are capable, strong, and healthy. Times have changed a bit now. Women are becoming more and more self-reliant. With this, they are facing the double burden of work. Women also started working to earn money to support the family, but could not get their husband's help in household work. As a result, family disharmony has increased. Now both need to shoulder equal responsibilities.

Quantitatively, it is very low, but in some cases, men have also been victimized by women, which should not happen. Both need to struggle equally in all matters in a very sensible way. Both should be able to build love, trust, harmony, equality and empathy for each other.

Since man is a social animal, he is directly affected by the collective behavior in society. Society is the origin of civilization and culture. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary for every member of society to have the same perspective on men and women. When evaluating the current situation, Nepali society considers whatever men do to be good, whatever they eat to be right, whatever they wear to be right, while ignoring women no matter how capable they are. There is negative criticism on every work they do, and the view of weak women from various perspectives is extremely narrow and condemnable.

Why has our social consciousness not changed even though the world market has become a small village with information and technology? Every man, who thinks he is great, thinks that he is a man – why does he do injustice to the mother who gave birth to him? Why can't a woman, even though she is a woman, empathize with other women like her? How many more years will we fall behind with the thought of women pulling women's legs and cutting them off?

From those who chant Sanskrit verses to men in modern society, the awareness of not even considering women as 'normal people' should now decrease. Society is a common flower garden for everyone. Both women and men should be mentally strong and capable. A society that criticizes and harasses women even on trivial, trivial, and ordinary matters should no longer be acceptable. Girls who are full of indomitable courage in their hearts, healthy bodies and minds, full of energy and enthusiasm to work are not weak today.
