Children are the foundation of our smiles. Almost everyone agrees that their laughter has the power to conquer the world. However, there are very different theories and practices. Currently, mobile phones are gradually ruling the family. The more families there are, the more mobile phones and tabs there are. This is gradually reducing the number of discussions and conversations in the family and expressing their opinions.

The future of the country depends on children. Children are not just family members, they are responsible citizens who will develop the country in the future. Therefore, it is the common responsibility of parents, family, neighbors, teachers and society to guide their personality development, thinking and behavior in the right direction. In this context, praising children at the right time is considered a very important tool.

Praise increases children's confidence. When children receive positive feedback on their work, they start feeling competent and valuable. We should praise the good work, efforts or positive behavior done by children. We should encourage their hard work and efforts. When we start 'caring' even for the small things they do, the feeling of 'let's do something' develops in them. From small things, they can do important creative work in the future. Children can be compared to raw clay. If that clay falls into the hands of a good craftsman, it becomes a beautiful and attractive object, but if it remains there, it dries up and becomes useless. That is why children should be taught good and good behavior from a young age.

Praise increases children's confidence. When they receive positive feedback on their work, they start feeling competent and valuable. For example, if children complete their homework on time, parents and teachers are happy and praise them, which makes them more motivated to do homework.

In some cases, treating good students the wrong way can lead to them not reading and becoming recalcitrant. We should also be aware of this. When children receive praise with positive behavior, they do those things with great enthusiasm.

For example, when children arrange their toys for themselves, clean their room, do homework, help with housework, love the younger ones and respect the older ones, they should be openly praised. Such behavior teaches them to be responsible. Children raised in such an environment become disciplined.

Similarly, praise increases children's interest in studying and learning. Often children consider studying as a burden, and there are many children who do not like going to school. The school environment also plays an important role in the learning process. When the teacher or the teacher says something good at school, the parents come home happy and smiling. Praise develops the habit of continuous learning in children. And, it succeeds in lighting the lamp of success even in failure.

Praise gives children the ability to cope with failures in life. Therefore, you should praise your children from time to time by observing their behavior. Praise gives children the ability to cope with failures in life. Therefore, you should praise your children from time to time by observing their behavior. This helps in strengthening the relationship between parents and children. Due to its lack, a common complaint of today's children is heard - parents do not understand us.

If we can give children a good education from home, positivity will develop in their lives. Therefore, the family is the first school of a person's life. What they learn from the family, they continue throughout their lives. From the family, children learn important subjects like culture and behavior.

Sometimes, because of our behavior, we are helping to spoil the future of our children. For example, if a child is upset, we let them play games on the mobile, if the child does not eat, we feed them by showing them the mobile, if it is time to leave, we go to a restaurant or hotel to eat. Through such actions, we are taking children away from us.

As before, the environment where all members of the family gather to eat, talk, discuss problems, and exchange experiences throughout the day has become very less. Due to this, the love and affection that children have for their parents has also decreased. Mutual relationships help solve problems. For this, an environment of conversation should be created in the family.

Some friends say, ‘The whole family is supposed to eat together, but while eating, everyone is busy with their mobile phones, no one cares about anyone else.’ Physically, everyone is sitting at the same table and eating, but there is no conversation. From children to the elderly, they are more busy with the things on their mobile phones than the taste of the food.

Children need theoretical as well as practical education. Children should also be taken to festivals. Currently, many children are considering their room as their entire world. Children need theoretical as well as practical education. Children should also be taken to festivals. Currently, many children are considering their room as their entire world. By including them in our festivals to observe the outside world, and by giving them responsibility for the work they can do, they get the opportunity to learn the social aspect and understand the importance of relationships.

Even if they do wrong, reminding them positively and creatively can be a good and positive help in the development of the child’s brain. Therefore, there should be no quarrels in front of children in the family. What they see in childhood, they adopt in the future as well.

A positive environment should be created in the family for children. Due to the busy lifestyle, today's parents are in a position to give children as much money as they ask, but not as much time. Because of this, various disorders are spreading in the society. Why praise children? The following are the reasons-

Praise increases children's confidence, inspires them, and develops positive behavior. Children constantly try to do good, good deeds. Praise develops their personality in a timely manner, inspiring them to move forward. However, excessive praise is harmful, so praise should not be given unnecessarily. One should consider the nature and behavior of their children a lot. Parents should also pay special attention to the physical and mental changes that occur as they grow older.

Today's children are the citizens who will take care of the country tomorrow. Therefore, practical education should also be given to them according to their age. If that happens, they will learn the knowledge and skills that are appropriate for the time. And, the skilled manpower necessary for the society will be prepared.

Children should be made aware of the importance of their society, environment, religion, culture, traditions, and customs. This will prevent children from being unnecessarily misled. It is not enough to just tell the parents, they should do those things in front of them themselves. For that, parents should also be aware. For example, if children are scolded for looking at their mobile phones, and they are always busy with their mobile phones, those children also look at their mobile phones involuntarily. Therefore, to give good and good manners to their children, parents should also follow rules and discipline.

Positive changes can be brought about in them by explaining, not by scolding children. The 'road models' of children are their mothers and fathers. Therefore, parents should play a very important role in guiding their children in the right direction.
