Today, everyone's enthusiasm for work is decreasing. Work culture has declined. We have become playthings who enjoy unnecessary noise and crowds. We have become spectators who clap without meaning or understanding. We are unemployed yet busy. We do not have the energy to heat hot water when we are in need, but everyone has the energy to browse social media and make negative comments. If an incident has occurred, we do not dig into the truth about it, but we feel like a 'big man' by increasing the crowd, making noise, shouting unnecessary slogans, and holding rallies.

Our daily life is to unnecessarily interrupt others' conversations with the stomach fed by remittances, and to give sermons like experts on topics we know nothing about. The foundation of self-reliance is not built by crowds, noise, and interrupting. The prosperity of the entire country does not come from making sweet speeches. For development, whether it is an individual's or a country's - concentration on work is needed. Everyone should be able to enjoy their own work. We should use our labor, skills, and abilities to the fullest, keeping our needs and achievements at the center. Do we understand that 'the fruits of karma are sweet'?

We are fully responsible for every good or bad deed we do. But, we cannot accept this. We are ordinary Nepalis who say, 'If it is good, it is because of us, if it is bad, it is because of so and so'. If we had considered ourselves 'fast' and 'big' and had progressed and prospered, we Nepalis could have already become citizens of a developed country. Ironically, we have not only failed to develop, but we have also united to destroy the development that has taken place. We have polluted our own mentality by harboring arrogance. It is our negative thoughts, ideas and tendencies that have not allowed us to move forward. We have become stingy even to say 'well done, congratulations' to those who do good. We do not even have the courage to say 'this is wrong, you should not do this' to those who do bad things. What do we say about what the crowd says, what is the point of noise and noise? We are happy to call that 'S'.

Every moment of time is very important, why did we not think of this? A group has been formed that never thinks, 'what did I do today?' from the time we wake up in the morning to the time we go to bed at night. Instead, they are interested in others. They make it their daily life to abuse others indecent and vulgar words on social media.

What are we like? When we go beyond our capacity and jurisdiction, we give advice like a doctor when we see a sick person, and when we meet a student, we give advice like a teacher. Will we continue to do this now? Will we continue to waste our energetic, precious time on unnecessary advice and sermons? It is not at all suitable for us in the 21st century to do these and other activities. We ourselves have made ourselves weak. Blaming others for this is a weakness of our own mentality. When the mentality is weak, a bundle of pride is built within us. And we cannot see and hear what others are doing well. We continue to end our lives by gossiping and making negative comments about others. How long will this excess be for ourselves?
