After the violent protests, the Gen-G generation is showered with questions – Why were the policies and plans not implemented? Why technical-professional education is overshadowed? Why is there widespread educational unemployment? These questions raised by him are valid.

We say - education is the power and means to lead from poverty to prosperity. However, as expected, we could not implement the policy, law and plan in practice. While the policy and planning were good, the implementation was weak. Both the policy makers and the implementers could not 'mindset' the education reform according to the characteristics of the growing generation. There was no change in the old mindset of

and leaders who were happy with the status quo and stopped reform. It was not possible to set a predictable path that could lead to the leadership of its own people, Bhansun, Chakdi-flattery and patronage. As a result of

, the debate on radical reforms in the education system continued, but the weakness remained - quality education for all, equal opportunities, effective implementation of policies and plans with a direct relationship between education and employment. Now, the special need after the Gen-G movement is to convince today's students and youth that their future will be secure and radically improve the education system.

The voices raised with the Gen-G movement are debating the future of students and youth. With the country's prosperity, Jen-Ji

are dreaming of their beautiful future. It is education that makes the country prosperous and the certificate obtained after education should have the power to change lives. But, ironically, today's Nepal's education system is surrounded by questions. With some exceptions, community educational institutions are looking for quality education. The life of parents is unbalanced by the burden of fees of institutional educational institutions. Thousands of youths have to go abroad in search of better education and future building. The data of young people who have gone abroad shows that there is a deep problem in our education system.

The growing generation needs 'life skills' and 'real work experience', not rote knowledge of textbooks. This generation who seeks to learn while enjoying 'technology', 'creativity', 'project' and entrepreneurship does not want to be limited within the walls of college. What he needs is education to connect himself with technology, entrepreneurship, enterprise business and markets.

What Gen-G and the growing generation are looking for is mobile-friendly and user-friendly learning. Now there is a need for trained teachers and competent educational infrastructure to connect education with technology. Make the curriculum and classes student friendly. Education should not be measured by marks, but by methods of learning and skills.

By strengthening the education system, the country will automatically move towards prosperity. However, quality education is a debate, not a priority. plans and documents, their direct impact on student life is minimal. In reality, there are many policies, laws and documents, but the impact is limited. If the quality and opportunities are in the country, the attractiveness of studying abroad will naturally decrease. Therefore, it is necessary to improve education by focusing on the characteristics and desires of Gen-G and Gen-Alpha. We should not forget, education is the engine of a prosperous nation.

The growing generation has been familiar with smartphones, internet, social media and video content since birth. This technology-savvy generation always wants subtle learning. This generation is interested in online courses. More interested in short, visual and 'interactive-content' (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Reel). Prefers brief-formative-experiential learning rather than formal and lengthy processes. So it is necessary to update the curriculum according to the changing technology and time.

is the movement, subversion, expression and expectations of Gen-G, technical-vocational education and the restructuring of the education system. This generation seeks prompt testing and validation of skills learned through formal or informal methods. Nation building has been pushed back decades by this agitation and destruction created by unskilled education, unemployed youth and leisure time of citizens.

It is now necessary to improve the education system according to the characteristics of the current generation in order to determine the direction of progress with good governance so that such damages do not recur. Curriculum of technical and vocational education right from school level, experiential, digital and job-oriented education is the real priority today.

Learning lessons from repeated movements, educational reforms and restructuring are necessary for the prosperity of national life. This is the foundation of overall national development. Youth entrepreneurship is needed to encourage innovation including sustainable industries, modern agricultural services expansion. For that, it is necessary to establish technical and professional education in the mainstream. Prosperity is possible in our time, as we experience it. For that, policy makers, implementers, service providers and service receivers should fulfill their responsibilities on time.
