The main demand of the Zen-ji movement was good governance and the main basis of good governance is the rule of law. However, if some 'self-proclaimed king-makers' of this movement take the leadership of the government, it will not ensure good governance, but will increase institutional chaos.

Amnepali considered the issues raised by the tumultuous 72-hour Gen-G movement to be their own. In the past, most of the time, the common people were accustomed to the behavior of those in power, and they supported the voices of Gen-Ji youth. On the first day of the movement, the stubbornness and attitude shown by the leadership of the then government made not only the protestors, but also everyone angry. The result is upon us.
In the history of Nepal, there are many examples of successful political struggles, but then the achievements were lost during management. V.No. History has repeated itself time and again because the achievements of the protests and struggles of 2007, 2036, 2046, 2062/63 could not be institutionalized. Although these movements have created a grassroots class, we are faced with the reality that they have not been able to meet the expectations of the common people. Even if we look at the recent Gen-G movement and subsequent scenarios, there are signs of history repeating itself. Let's hope and be careful, it doesn't happen again. It has been a month since the new government was formed on the foundation of the
movement. Despite some positive beginnings, it is clear that the government is in disarray. A commission has been formed for the judicial investigation of the incidents in the movement and it has started its work. Regular government work has been done. The way the government machinery played its role during the natural calamities around Dasain was also admirable.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the government, which was formed at a critical time with important tasks, is yet to be completed. When the government is not complete, it affects the execution of the work. The election program that was announced at the initial stage of formation has not progressed as expected. Although some election programs have been announced so far, the election atmosphere has not yet been created. For this, neither the Chief Commissioner has been appointed in the Election Commission, nor has the dialogue with the parties progressed.
The government should leave no stone unturned to create an election environment. Even though a 'civilian government' is formed in difficult times, it is the parties that do politics. But the government does not seem to be trying to increase the dialogue with the parties. There may be disagreements but personal grudges and malice should not give way when involved in government.
Then political parties should become more responsible to make elections successful. This situation has come about because the big political parties and their top leaders have become irresponsible. In this situation, political parties have to go to the elections to save their own existence and this election must be successful. For this, the major political parties should advance the leadership that understands the pace of the times and can accept the responsibilities of the present. At a time when they need to be more responsible, some political parties have planned to go to the court and hold other meetings demanding the restoration of parliament. It means not understanding the pace of time, rejecting the message of the Gen-G movement, insisting that you will never improve, and pushing the country into the abyss of instability and uncertainty.
is also seen in the foreground and background of the Hatha movement. The pride of being a 'king-maker' is seen in those characters. In particular, the role of the 'maker' is up to the 'making' process. The rest of the work after that is to be in an authorized official role. There are methods for this. If someone thinks of himself as an all-rounder by mixing methods, that is another 'fascist' character. The people in the current government must also make sincere efforts to fulfill their official responsibilities, not by favoring the so-called 'king-maker'. Otherwise, there is no point in accepting the executive role.
The person playing the role in difficult times must have the courage and ability to break the knot of challenges. At the time of forming this government, the current Prime Minister has already said that the suggestion given by the President to form a cabinet including representatives of political parties has been rejected. But when the cabinet is still complete, if the initiative is taken to include capable and honest people from within the party, it will help to facilitate the solution of the current political complexities. There are also plenty of honest and characterful people within the existing political parties. This is also the beauty of democracy. In the same way, rigidity and flexibility based on the issue is also the main quality that a ruler should have. If some people who claim to be leading the
movement are to favor the politics of prohibition as they want, the achievement of this sacrifice will not only be zero but also negative. Because, the main demand of the Zen-G movement was good governance and the main basis of good governance is the rule of law. However, if some 'self-proclaimed king-makers' of this movement lead the government, it will not ensure good governance, but will increase institutional chaos. It should be kept in mind that even the previous governments went beyond law and policy and tried to maintain the dictatorship of the parties, which led to public dissatisfaction and prepared the basis of the movement.
Also, it can be believed that the current Prime Minister will not go beyond the law and will not let it go because of his experience and nature. It is natural for interest groups to strengthen during this time of transition. Therefore, the culprits during the regular work of the government, election preparations and agitations, whether they belong to the ruling party at that time or those who burnt government properties including the Singha Darbar, looting private properties in the name of the agitators, must be prosecuted immediately. For this, the government machinery must be kept under high surveillance and allowed to function freely. If one of these is to be exempted, there is no difference between the previous government and this government. Gen-G protestors are also going to help for the rule of law. Gen-G representatives and actors who came to the media after leaving
Ekadah seem to be mature with wisdom. Raksha Bam, Tanuja Pandey, Bablu Gupta, Majid Ansari, Vikas Yadav, Yujan Rajbhandari, etc. listen to the arguments of the youth, and they have the ability to run the state with discretion and not just impulsive agitation. However, their arguments seem to be limited to the media. Those who don't appear in the media much or argue with the majority, they seem to dominate the current government.
Gen-G activists demand an independent investigation into the violence and arson that took place during the protest. This is also the demand of people who are in favor of good governance and the common people, but I don't know why the Ministry of Home Affairs gives written instructions to the offices under it not to investigate arson and looting. What kind of governance is expected in this way? From this too, it is necessary to admit that some part of the achievements of the Zen-G movement has been 'hijacked'.
There is a problem somewhere in the psychology of the common people. Paritranaya sadhunan vinasaya cha duskritam. Dharmasthapantharthaya Sambhavami Yuge Yuge. This verse of the Gita means 'I (Lord Krishna) appear in every age for the salvation of the devotees, for the destruction of the wicked and for the restoration of Dharma'. All Nepalis seem to agree with the meaning of the verse even if they have not read the Gita. Therefore, the majority of Nepalese consider this or that person as a god or savior.
Even educated Nepalis who have read that even 'Bhagwan' makes mistakes many times are selling comments on social media that such and such a person does not make mistakes. There is a problem somewhere in this kind of psychology of Amnepali. Therefore, the society becomes homogenous in the deification of any person. Even some activists of Gen-G generation, who are educated and understand the country and the world, seem to be under the illusion that some 'so-and-so' person will shine the future of Nepali. Let's read the history, in the past there have been incarnations of such 'saviors' many times. However, the future of Nepalis was not made. For this, a conscious, collective and continuous effort is necessary. The
movement is not to make someone a 'hero', but to end the disorder and misrule of the country. Someone's arrogance played Holi with the blood of the youth, while someone's arrogance made them want to burn the national heritage. However, this sacrifice is not meant to make such and such a character a 'hero' or a 'villain'. Yes, it is only for the establishment of the rule of law, for good governance and for the betterment of tomorrow's Nepal. And, for this, both the parties and the opposition must cooperate in one way or another.
