With the formation of the interim government after the Gen-G movement, the youth are hoping for stability, good governance and an end to corruption in the country. There are some negative aspects to the movement of the Gen-G generation against the growing distaste for the old parties, extreme corruption and social media shutdowns, but looking at the achievements of this movement in a positive way, young people's hopes for this government are increasing.

It is natural to expect more from the current government established by the young generation when the old political parties and the old generation leaders of the old political parties are always at the leadership level and running the state power. 

In this way, as the hope and confidence of the youth increases, the duties and responsibilities of this government become more meaningful. Along with this, the young generation, who are worried about the old generation always dominating the politics, have also expected that the leadership of the country will be dominated by the young generation in the future. Although the current government, which came with a 6-month term and election mandate, will not be able to remain in the leadership for a long time, but the youths want to feel the change in the country in one way or another within at least five months from the government that was obtained from the sacrifices of dozens of young people. 

The original agenda of the Gen-G movement was focused on good governance, transparency, accountable leadership and building a corruption-free society. Corruption in Nepal has not only taken a very serious form in the last decade, it has been buried at the root. Corruption is rampant at the ward level, from government agencies to large projects, from education and health to law and security.

It has a profound effect on the country's inability to accelerate development. Corruption has been rampant in any high-level work since the creation of the Nepali citizenship certificate. An obstacle is an obstacle in the work of the locals. Even though political party leaders have been targeted for increasing corruption and disorder during the Gen-G movement, the personnel administration is no less in 'corruption'. Therefore, it is inevitable that this government should take concrete steps as soon as possible to end corruption. 

Due to lack of employment opportunities in Nepal, the young generation who are the pillars of the country are forced to go abroad including the Gulf countries day by day. Many young men and women are forced to leave their families and go abroad in order to spend their morning and evening. The main reason for this is unemployment. After coming to power, the leader of the party who made loud slogans and manifestos about providing employment to the youth during the election, focused not on the country, but on how to make himself and his relatives happy and prosperous.

This time, the youth generation is confident that the government formed from the youth movement will take steps to end the growing unemployment in Nepal. Employment should be the main agenda of the new government for the youth. For this, the central government should give priority to youth enterprises for the youth, encouragement of local production, provision of subsidies in agriculture and animal husbandry, establishment of industries and factories, training opportunities for the youth at the local level. 

Due to the violence that erupted during the Gen-G demonstration, some countries have announced that they will not issue worker visas. It is certain that more young people will become unemployed, the way to go abroad for employment will be closed, and about 10,000 people who are employed in various government agencies based on political access will be unemployed. 

In coordination with the provincial and local governments, the task of making youth entrepreneurs can be made more job-oriented by considering it as an important task. The direct participation of the youth who are in the mainstream of development means that not only the local government but the country itself will move forward on the road to prosperity. Entrepreneurship will create jobs in the country. Due to the entrepreneurship and perseverance of the entrepreneurs, the greater development in the economy of the rich countries of the world has become possible. Even though the state has prioritized locally produced goods, many local levels have not been able to implement this. Because of this, the materials produced by the young generation at the local level do not get the market and the consumption of imported goods at their own local level is increasing. 

Nepal is an agricultural country but its arable land is barren. Due to lack of good support from the government, the youth are forced to leave the agricultural land and go to the Gulf countries. Even at the local level, many young people want to be independent by working in the field of agriculture and animal husbandry, but they do not have money to invest. Because of this, they are forced to leave their village and country and go abroad. The government will also have to take initiatives to create an environment for young people to live in Nepal by providing subsidies in agriculture and animal husbandry. 

is also an industrial and industrial sector with great potential for employment of the young generation. The recent Gen-G movement in the country has further damaged private sector businesses and some industries. Because of this, businessmen have become worried that there is no investment environment in Nepal.

In such a situation, creating a confident investment environment for those businessmen, establishing new industries, and opening closed big industries and factories, employment opportunities can be created for the youth. Employment can be increased by operating small to large industries from the local level to the center.

The youth can be prioritized by providing various training opportunities that can be given to the youth at the local level. In addition to this, the youth who have returned from abroad can be prevented from going abroad by making the knowledge and skills they have learned there useful in their own country.

Not getting a job according to one's qualifications and skills even after obtaining higher education is another complex problem. Due to the situation of getting jobs only based on access and familiarity, the intelligent generation who have acquired higher education is forced to go abroad. For this too, if the government makes standards for jobs according to the qualifications and abilities of the youth and administers the jobs according to who has the expertise, then the youth will grow. The main problem after employment is education. Now the young generation is forced to go abroad even for their educational qualification.
