If anyone still thinks that the communist party and movement will move forward under the leadership of Oli, Dahal and Nepal, then that person is either delusional, or agrees with the plan to dissolve the communist movement.

Division, confusion, despair and exodus on such a large scale had never been seen before in the communist movement. Also, the political frustration in the country has raised big questions about the old parties including the Nepali Congress.
This columnist, who has been writing about the communist movement in Nepal, is familiar with all the parties and their leaders by participating in the recent communist movement. An attempt has been made to summarize in this article what the communist movement looks like from the point of view of an active person who is looking at all parties without looking at any party, with some incidents and references:
incident-1
It has been more than a decade since KP Sharma Oli's autocracy in CPN-UML collapsed.
Ex-president coming into politics is good or bad for democracy. However, UML had already renewed his party membership. Bhandari's membership shook Oli's ambitions. Oli whipped the Central Committee and announced the decision after thinking that the majority of workers at the lower level, who were hurt by Oli's autocracy, supported Bhandari.
How can the membership of any party be revoked based on the possibility that the incumbent president may be a competitor? This is a clear violation of the constitution of the UML itself. But for Oli, who can dissolve the parliament against the country's constitution, the UML's legislation is tantamount to Karesabari.
Bhandari's contribution to Oli's political rise in CPN-UML and Oliization of state power is well known. If Oli can cancel the membership of those stewards, there is no doubt that he will not leave anyone.
Incident-2
Now a question has caused an earthquake in the CPN (Maoist Center) led by Pushpa Kamal Dahal for 36 years. That is the question - 17 years ago, the Maoist party got 31 million votes, now it has to hold on to 11 million votes, who will take charge of it? Dahal recently answered this question asked by Janardan Sharma about 13 months ago through the decision of the Standing Committee - 'Janardan Sharma should do self-criticism as he has publicly spoken against the leadership.'
Even before this, Janardhan was threatened that 'you can leave the party but you can't ask questions'. That is, what is the future of the Maoist party by Janardhan Sharma? Why did we cross paths? He asked who would take responsibility for it. Dahal ordered to leave the party or face self-criticism.
Sharma's question and Dahal's answer give a clear answer about how the Maoist party was formed, how its leadership thinks, how the party has run or how it is going to run.
incident-3
In the small party CPN United Samajwadi, which is always having big fights, now the president Madhav Nepal has issued an order to the second ranking leader Jhalnath Khanal to leave the party. Jhalnath Khanal raised questions on the leadership of Madhav Nepal and said that 'the justification of the rebellion has not been confirmed'.
Everyone knows that Madhav Nepal could not run the party except Nepal himself. Even now, there is a corruption case against him. Had he not been able to pay the bail, he would be in jail now. He has to serve the date himself after the court ordered that no one else can be held as a guardian in the case of having to stay in jail. He is also accused in Nepal Lalita residence land scandal.
It was not unusual for Khanal to question that Tamseka Nepal could not run the party by explaining to Dahal that he was not an ideological or theoretical leader. However, Madhav Nepal replied by saying 'Leave the party'.
The above incidents happened in different parties but in the same month. One similarity in those incidents is that the leaders of that party - KP Sharma Oli, Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Nepal have the same character. For them, the party is their responsibility, everyone else is their slave. He is in the central committee of the party
He has filled his sycophants and made a 'central leader'. They are never in the minority. Those 'central leaders' are actually like hotel/restaurant bouncers. He attacks according to his master's orders. These parties and big business houses are the same. As the Communist Party has turned into a commercial house, it has lost its character as a Communist Party. It did not happen suddenly. At one time that party and its leaders were the needs of history. Over time, the leaders got worse and the party got divided.
The fall of a democratic party
UML emerged as the second party through the parliamentary elections held in 2048. In 2049, the fifth congress of UML was completed and it was incorporated into the parliamentary mainstream by passing the program of multi-party democracy of the people. The internal democracy of the party is also expanding. Madan Bhandari passed away unnaturally.
In the mid-term elections held in 2051, the UML emerged as the largest party in Parliament and formed a minority communist government under the leadership of Comrade Manmohan Adhikari. Let's build our own village and some social reform programs including old age allowance were implemented. UML became an example that a communist party can be established among the masses even within a democratic framework. However, by the time Madhav Nepal's leadership and KP Sharma Oli reached the Mahakali Treaty, the CPN-UML had started to decline ideologically.
As a result, the party split in 2054. UML, which became bureaucratic under the leadership of Madhav-Oli, lost public opinion. He wanted to be the Prime Minister of Nepal by playing between the king and the Maoists. But after the king's 'coup', Nepal started moving towards the Maoists, Oli pleased the king and started to become the prime minister. Finally, the UML of Nepal-Oli was badly defeated in the 2064 Constituent Assembly elections. Although there were ideological problems in the
party, UML's internal democracy was exemplary for all. An example of this is Jhalnath Khanal being elected as the party president after defeating the Nepal-Oli alliance in the eighth convention of UML. But in the same party, Khanal, who was defeated in two constituencies while being the president and leader of the parliamentary party, made Nepal the prime minister with the power of 'inside-outside'. Jhalnath Khanal's political report was passed in the ninth convention of 2071, but the same convention elected Oli as the president. Then the fall of UML began.
To secure the Prime Minister's chair, Oli united with the Maoists and started capturing the party and the state. After the conflict in the party became heated, he colluded with the head of the Indian intelligence agency and dissolved the parliament and split the party. One after another, those who questioned the UML, which was established as a single leader, were prosecuted. Now slogans are being raised against him inside and outside the country. He is the Prime Minister of the country, but the UML is now unable to rise due to the burden of his infamy.
Dissolution of a revolutionary party
It is estimated that around 17 thousand Nepalis received support during the ten-year civil war. Hundreds are missing and thousands are injured. More than 100,000 families were displaced from their villages. Because of the active participation of women, Dalits, tribals, Madhesi, marginalized people excluded from the mainstream of society, the people's war of Maoists became the mainstream of politics.
Maoists won until the Constituent Assembly and the declaration of the Republic. But from the time of the first government of the republic, the Maoist parliament or rebellion fell into ideological confusion and conflict. Amidst this confusion, the leaders began to enjoy comfort. The bigger the leader, the more luxurious life became. The Congress and the UML were already engaged in a tussle. In a short time, Maoist leaders like them started spreading everywhere.
The moral force of the People's War was waning. The class division grew between the party and the people, leaders and workers, big leaders and small leaders, leaders who were about to forget the revolution and leaders who were waiting for the revolution, families of leaders and families of workers. In the same proportion disputes arose in the party. Dahal's style of looking the same to everyone else worked for a while. But those who saw Dahal's true form began to raise questions and splits began in the party. So far, more than 50 percent of workers including Mohan Vaidya, Netravikram Chand, Baburam Bhattarai, Gopal Kirati, Vishwabhakt Dulal, Ram Bahadur Thapa have left the party.
The Maoists who won 50 percent of the seats in the first constitution in the direct election came third in the second Constituent Assembly election. Seeing that the results of the 2074 general election would raise questions about the existence of the party, Dahal united with Oli. Dahal, who had a dream of becoming the leader of the entire CPN, was shocked when Oli started ignoring him. But Oli from everywhere
After chasing the Maoist who was awakened by the court, in the election of 2079, he won 32 seats in the parliament by alliance with the Nepali Congress and became the prime minister for the third time. After Oli kicked him out from there too, Dahal has now reached a situation where he cannot run the Maoist party.
What can be said with a claim, this Maoist will not be able to hold the 2084 general elections. Therefore, he has tried to unite Netravikram Chand's CPN and Madhav Nepal's Unified Socialists. Chand, who knows Dahal well, said that there will be no unity with the Maoists. If there is a unity, there is a possibility that Dahal along with Chand will send that party somewhere else. Thus a revolutionary party is dying.
Abortion of a rebellion
After the sudden death of General Secretary Madan Bhandari, Madhav Nepal, who reached the leadership of a big party like UML, remained the General Secretary for 15 years based on tikdom rather than political thinking and program. He fought CP Mainali and others till Mahakali Treaty. Then Vamdev faced Gautam and KP Oli. In 2064, he resigned as the General Secretary after the shameful defeat of himself and the party. In the 8th Congress, Oli stayed in politics. After losing to Oli in the ninth congress, Nepal, which became irrelevant, turned to Dahal in the Oli-Dahal dispute.
Oli became the leader of a group of UML after the dissolution of parliament. At a time when Oli was being opposed across the country, Sher Bahadur Deuba and Dahal joined forces to form the CPN unified socialist. After failing to get even 3 percent of votes in the local and general elections of 2079, that party became irrelevant. Nepal, who has been running the party by supporting Deuba and Dahal in the game of changing the government, has been in crisis after the government of the Oli-Deuba coalition. Leader Khanal has said that Nepal is a thoughtless and unprincipled leader and he is right. Nepal is in the biggest moral crisis in the latter part of its life after Tikdom did not work and after the corruption case against itself. As soon as its position with the Maoists is settled, Nepal will not take any time to submit the party. In about 3 years of its establishment, what Nepal-Khanal called the 'miscarriage of rebellion' has already happened.
What happens now?
For a political party, ideas, principles and organization are most important. But the leader guarantees it. If the leader becomes bad, he starts using good principles for his own interests. Makes workers corrupt, sycophants, power worshippers. If the leader is good, he will correct the wrong principles. Similarly, it starts looking for workers and revolutionizes the party. Pushpalal was formerly in the Nepali National Congress, he formed the Communist Party by seeking the principles of the working class. Oli, Dahal and Nepal made the revolutionary parties unprincipled, thoughtless and bourgeois like themselves. Noam Lupa, a professor at the University of Wisconsin, wrote a book in 2016 - Party Brand in Crisis. According to him, a party that forgets its goals after coming to power, or makes unholy alliances, or colludes with its ideological rival, or embraces policies contrary to its manifesto, such a party will die. If anyone thinks that the movement will go ahead, it can be said that it is not possible to move forward with this leader. The communist movement is the leader of the nationalism movement The overall communist party is also before the Congress. Another important factor is that the Communist Movement has said that the Communist Movement, Badi, Backward areas, culture, culture, culture, scale, culture has done the Communist movement to the basic current of politics and constitution.
is the class of class schedule, development, development conditions, world conditions is indispensable. Many who understand politics by third, influenced by UML's schuling and Maoist school The large line is inside and out within the country. Pushpalal started a new beginning to the working class political party. Divided Communist Movement was in accused the CP Mainalians to another new. Dahal, the third initiative, did. When
arrives here, the country is saved from feudalism. Now the Communist Movement is now seeking a new initiative to lead a socialist program. This is a new program and its leadership will also be new. Some leaders of today or from one party this new Cannot be initiated. So the polarization of all true communist and emensions have become mandatory. But now these leaders and communist movement is no longer possible.
