It is too late for today's leadership figures to self-examine. Unless there is a habit of following and adopting the good aspects of those who were in leadership yesterday and avoiding the bad things, any organization becomes miserable. Today's leaders of the organization were brought to the position of leadership by time and circumstances, but they did not know and could not be practical. As a result, there is no place to be satisfied with the situation of the organization and the country when the expected achievements are not achieved. With the change of time, there has been a change in every field, aspect, subject, human nature, behavior, society, politics, etc. Not all the good things of yesterday will work today, nor will the issues of today have the same importance tomorrow. 

heroes should understand, recognize, act accordingly and achieve the situation according to the demands of the time. Work should be done differently for different results. The result will be the same from the same work. If we try to work in a way that pleases a limited number of people and groups in changing times, the results will not come in accordance with the interests of all. Yesterday's system change and the practice of the leadership to gain independence may have been justified, guardianship may have been appropriate for the organizational family, but today, the system change has brought changes in the economic, social, political, and organizational structure. 

Society's needs are different. There is a difference in the thinking and state of mind of the workers. Every citizen is looking for his 'space'. Therefore, in today's state of consciousness development, everyone can be united, everyone's feelings can be understood and everyone can be respected. It has become the duty of today's families, organizations and the leaders of the country to be able to prepare the foundation of a prosperous society in totality.
