Development work should directly benefit the lives of citizens. You should be able to make everyday life easier. We still haven't come up with this idea. He could not become a leader with high political culture, nor a skilled builder. In the labyrinth of party interests, we rush to inaugurate development works when we have the government of our party.

After inaugurating with VIPs of our party, we play media as if the development is complete. We waste money by spending frivolously on stage decorations, banners, tul, publicity etc. Did that work start after the inauguration or not? We don't even care about what work was inaugurated. 

We are waiting for the road construction work, which occupies a large part of the capital expenditure, until June. As soon as it starts to rain, we start digging the road. After the inauguration, we have washed away a large part of the capital budget with the June rains.

After a month of torrential rains on the roads that were pitched in Asare rains, the rains make very big holes, it is not the rains fault but ours. Our development methodology. In the name of development, all the work is waiting for June as now, this kind of development has made the locals less comfortable and more miserable. Budget misuse has continued due to the budget crisis in Asare Jhari. The budget expenditure has not achieved the target achievement. 

Any development should improve the standard of living of citizens and bring peace of mind. Even though the budget was introduced on May 15 to stop development and construction, the trend of not doing the development work at the beginning of the financial year, starting the construction process only in January/February and hastily completing the work in the last month of the financial year is continuing to destroy the development. 

When doing any work, our leadership class gives only the opening as the first priority, construction professionals are happy to get high profits by doing low-quality work at low cost, and because of the lack of high moral behavior even among the employees, the development could not achieve quality.

Development work should follow sustainable development. Agriculture and tourism should be given attention for sustainable development. There should be enough budget for this. Subsidies given in agriculture should be received by real farmers. Even non-agriculturalists who have the means and access do not get the subsidy for agriculture as it is now. It is important that we all come together against this evil. People's representatives have a special role in local development. Now, every local level should conduct development-friendly programs in the agriculture and tourism sectors there. The concerned local level should be able to take charge of solving common problems of farmers and modernizing agriculture.

When farmers are suffering from lack of fertilizers and pesticides, the priority of the local level is to buy a car and the priority of the people's representative is not to visit abroad. Every activity of local bodies should be made tourism-friendly without overshadowing potential touristic villages. As now, on the one hand chickens and fish are dying due to lack of food, on the other hand there is no river and no bridge was built.

It is necessary to remove and reduce the Asare development model for the proper management of capital budget expenditure. Asare development is the cause of landslides in many places and the death of people due to landslides after it starts raining.

The sufferings of farmers, the lack of tourists in a country full of natural beauty, the frustration seen in the youth is the only development. It is now important for everyone to understand that work done without extensive research and inquiry can cause damage. All the three levels of government should focus on sustainable development by properly managing Asare development. It is necessary to manage and develop agriculture and tourism in a proper manner.
