dear children, Imagine once, a small seed is thrown in a dry place. It is washed and dried.

Perhaps, he thinks to himself – I must live. You should be reborn as soon as you get a chance. I must not be greedy. Circumstances may change. I have to bloom like the flowers around me. It should shine in the sun like the leaves of the surrounding trees. I must grow like them. I have to be patient for this.

Therefore, he has preserved the seed element within him.

comes at some point, when the wind blows, it rains and he comes in contact with the soil. He now finds a bit of atmosphere to suit him and spreads himself out. A gentle life begins with his gentle eyes.

After a long time, when it takes root in the soil, it barely cracks the ground and pulls out a small, green shoot. For the first time he feels the warm light of the sun. For the first time he takes a sweet breath of air. But the journey does not end there. He is still weak.

He slowly learned -

When a storm comes, it can bend but not break.

When dry times come, remember the roots under the soil.

When the birds come and bite the leaves, that too should be accepted.

Thus, he patiently spread the branches, thickened the stem, made the roots deep and strong. Over the years he grew.

Before he was just a small plant. But in time it became a huge tree with strong branches. The birds would now sit on its branches and sing. People would sit under his roof and enjoy the coolness.

But what if that little seed hadn't been patient? Couldn't he have grown patiently and patiently in that difficult situation?

Could he ever become a tree?

Dear children, today I am talking about patience.

Nature, life, work, progress and success all demand patience. Success requires patience with continuous effort, not passive waiting. If patience becomes inactive, it becomes ineffective. Therefore, we must not only be patient but also active. Like

– students have to study throughout the year to move from one class to another. For that, you have to work hard throughout the year with patience. Another name for that effort is activism. Toil and wait throughout the year is what we call patience. Proactivity leads to passing the exam. The more sincere activism, the more success is achieved.

Look at how long he patiently practices to become a good player. World famous sprinter Usain Bolt trained continuously until his 20th year to set a record in the race. Similarly, Michael Phelps trained consistently hard for almost two decades. He started swimming as a child but spent decades practicing more than five hours a day to reach the level of Olympic gold medalists. That made him able to win 23 gold medals in the Olympics. How many such examples can be found after searching.  The combined role of lungs, heart, muscles and brain is essential for

players. It is not enough to keep one or two of these fit, all of them should be made healthy and capable. Stamina (enduring power) needs to be increased, for which constant practice is a must. Regular practice increases the body's endurance, which keeps the athlete energetic and stable without tiring quickly.

Have you ever felt the immense patience of your parents? They love you and raise you, take care of you, feed you sweetly. Teaches to pronounce the first word, helps to take the first step and shows the right path of life. And patiently wait for every moment you grow up.

, newborns grow at an average rate of about 0.05 cm per day (ie about 1.5 cm a month). Our brain cannot detect the slightest change in the things we see every day due to 'change blindness'. Therefore, physical growth, growth of a tree or any small transformation is difficult to predict every day. Even if you don't see your growth every day, your parents, guardians, relatives and relatives have raised you with great patience based on the belief that the child is growing every day and based on previous experience. Remember, what you are now, the way you are, is the result of the patience of your parents and relatives.

Let's talk about the earth. With great patience, he created the environment, gave birth to animals and plants in about four billion years. Over time, nature has accumulated countless experiences. Amid constant change and countless experiments, the human race finally reached the pinnacle of consciousness. Throughout the millions of years of history, the human race has gone through innumerable stages of development and we have reached this point today.

What we should learn from Earth is to be patient but dynamic. Being dynamic means constantly being active, not sitting idly by and waiting for time. That is just a waste of time. Look how dynamic nature is. Rivers flow, winds blow, trees grow, the sun rises and sets, the earth rotates on its axis and in its orbit—all are in constant motion. We cannot remain passive in such a dynamic creation. One has to move with the times, one has to join the pace of nature.

There is a famous verse in Sanskrit, 'Udaye savita rakto raktahshchastamye tha, sampattau cha vipattau cha mahatamekrupta'. That is, the sun is red even in the happy rising, and the night in the sad setting. But that's not repetition, it's dynamism. The same sun is always rising, the same sun is setting, but at different times. Every thing in nature is changing in its age, its biological condition is changing. He is growing up, growing old, getting old, getting sick. Be it a day of wealth or a day of calamity, be it an easy day or a difficult day. Wise people are united in both happy and sad situations, they have equal love for everyone.

time is not always the same for anyone. Life is all about easy or difficult days. Afternoon is not just noon either. Night is not just night. It rains and it is dry. It is not always dry, not even year after year. Clouds come and go. Life comes with happiness and sadness.  All these are the same thing for

nature. It becomes dear or unpleasant for mere consciousness, interest or selfishness. So we should not lose heart even in difficult days. The dynamics should be kept according to the situation. If you are a student, read carefully. If you are a teacher, teach well. If you are working, work. If you are an entrepreneur, run your business properly. If you are a housewife, take care of your family. What are you and how are you? Be proactive accordingly.

There is a verse in Sanskrit, adyasya parasya cha dutiman karmana sa, spidam kriyamanam yasmin kaal: pivati tan rasam. That is, whether it is something to be received, whether it is something to be given or something to be done, whatever it is, if it is not done at the right time, time itself will eat the result. If the exam is not given during the exam, the opportunity will not come again later. If we do not cultivate in one season, the same cultivation will not be cultivated in the next season. If paddy is not planted in the season, there is a possibility that the field will be barren in the next season as well. Not only is there a season for planting rice, it is also a season for harvesting. If it is not cut in time, it will get scratched and damaged. If it is not done at the time of ripening, it will be wasted. So don't misunderstand patience. Hit the iron when it's hot, strike the iron while it's hot. Do the work where and when you have to do it, then and there.

I've had good times in my life, and I've also had very difficult times. I have experienced normal, comfortable, very uncomfortable and difficult life. I've been to the mountains, I've climbed the snow. I walked on ice. I have eaten the heat of the Terai. I have experienced the loo. I have seen summer-hot, winter-cold. I have experienced hunger many times. I have also taken the satisfaction of eating on an empty stomach. I have felt tired and experienced freshness. I've been through terrible and tragic situations, even unpleasant accidents.

I know – you have to be patient in any situation. One has to wait for the next favorable situation. One should actively try and be restrained in it.

difficulties are not insurmountable, they can be. But keep in mind, sometimes human life may not be as it says. The situation may not run in a simple line as you say. Life can also go on a curve.

You have heard about the 'black holes' in space. We have also read that many planets, stars and constellations in space can be absorbed into black holes. But you know, not only in space, but also in life, it is possible to find a 'black hole' in a blink of an eye. In the pit of which we can get lost. Sometimes illness comes as a 'black hole' in life and sometimes it is an accident.

As long as there is life, the greatest strength in such difficult times is positive thinking and optimism. Patience means staying positive and having the courage to move forward. Optimism strengthens patience, strengthens, motivates to move forward. But despair weakens patience, kills activity, and ultimately makes life stagnant. When activity is lost, so is the light of life. Despair and anxiety slowly pull people towards the black hole – where the light of hope fades. So, be patient, be optimistic and dare to overcome every difficult situation. Maithili poet Kabir Das says, "The mind is reduced to cleverness, the body is reduced to grief." That is, anxiety reduces the intellect, sorrow weakens the body. Why worry about what has already happened? Why worry about something that is not happening anyway? Face what happened, live a worry-free life, be optimistic and make life active.

In such a long life, sometimes I had to be arrested, sometimes I had to walk underground. Sometimes he had to endure so much humiliation, sometimes he had to endure torture, sometimes he had to stay in Golghar, sometimes he had to stay in other prisons. My life has always been surrounded by false accusations and slander. But I didn't do anything that would cause others to point fingers and condemn. Because I am aware of my duty. I have moved forward with positive thinking that will make my life meaningful.

Dear children,

There are many ups and downs in the journey of life. The sun of happiness shines, the shadow of sorrow also falls. Sometimes it goes up, sometimes it goes down. Sometimes the path is slippery, sometimes surrounded by obstacles. But never forget one thing – life is lived not by waiting but by preparing for the right time. Success is not an accidental event, it is a combination of perseverance, patience and proactivity. No one becomes successful without trying, without finding a way, without facing the storm, without making yourself stronger every day. Look at the stories of great people, they have all seen the light through the darkness of struggle.

Many challenges will come in your life too. At times you may even feel like you are in a black hole, where there is no sign of light. But remember, even that moment will pass. Like - even the moment you considered the most beautiful has passed.

So, when life gets tough, take courage. When times seem unfavorable, be optimistic. When situations become uncomfortable, be calm. When you don't feel like running, be ready to take a step forward. Because life is about finding new ways. So, go ahead without despair, try your best, look forward to good times with confidence and activeness.

Make your journey unique. May every moment of life be meaningful, I wish you all the best.
