Being fluent means speaking clearly. Or speaking truthfully and correctly. However, if the speech is unverified, there is no double meaning. A sluggish state of mind means being physically strong but slow in thinking, slow in speed. The speech and behavior of the leadership of political parties revolves around this fast and slow.

The country's politics has been spinning in the hands of a limited leadership of a limited party for a long time. As a result of the movement, there was a major change in the system, but there was no change in the condition of the country and the people. Due to unstable politics, the game of formation and collapse of various alliances continued.

Issues of nationality, corruption, unemployment, unrest, disasters, price rise, violent activities which were not seen while in power are raised after reaching the opposition. It seems that if they were in the responsible body, everything would be solved. Ironically, when the shoulder of the alliance changes and they come to power and "you shut up"! What will stop that tight speech after coming to power? In order to speak fluently, thinking must also be fluent. According to thinking, work should be done in planning, thinking and policy making. Those who raised the issues of the country, border issues, corruption and irregularities while in the opposition, get forgotten when they reach the government. Whether it is the issue of cooperatives or the Bhutanese refugee case, Giribandhu, NCELL, many issues are not raised. It is sad that father, brother, sister-in-law or brother-in-law all have the same tendency.

The change of government is not such a miracle. The head has changed, not the thinking. The character has changed, not the trend. When the government's hot seat is occupied, the bidding stops. What avoids that voice? With a chair? responsibility? By consent? Shame or selfishness? Or greed for position? Answers to these various questions have not been found. After tasting the taste of the government, a party leaves, then the solution of every problem starts to arise. Whether it is a matter of national security, stopping youth power from going abroad or stopping corruption, increasing employment, solving cooperative problems, dealing with criminals, many plans of the opposition are heard. What irony! When people who know solutions when they are not in leadership get to the point where they can solve, they start to see the solution as a problem. Let someone proceed with the action, worry about the collapse of the government. Let's open someone's file, the fear of breaking the alliance agreement. Let's talk about Giribandhu, the fear of awakening the Bhutanese refugee issue. Let's do a fair investigation, I am afraid that I will get caught in the search of acute wealth. 

One person may not know all the subjects. However, after reaching the responsible level, it is customary to become knowledgeable about all subjects. The protection of chakadi and chaplusi neither strengthens the political organization nor the performance of other organizations can become effective. An honest and competent person does not fall behind flattery and flattery, but such people are deprived of opportunities. A moral person does what he says and says what he does. Here what is not done is said and what is said is not done. Those who said that the country would have become Switzerland if they had spoken, became the prime minister four/five times. Even those who claim to take the pioneering leap of development in the country came to power. Those who say they will bring gas pipes to ships and homes are still in power. Those who gossiped that they would make health and education free in the country also took power. Has the promise been fulfilled? 

How good it sounds to follow policy, rules, procedures, principles. Did any party fully implement the facility of inclusion according to the original law of the country which was signed by itself? What is the purpose of drafting laws that cannot be implemented? Who made such a concession to make laws but not implement them? Every sector has a provision for retirement after a certain period of time. There is one such area, where one does not wish for retirement even on one's deathbed. Despite repeated tests, he does not have the self-esteem of being in charge. The same person always occupies the leadership. How does the new leadership get the opportunity? In order to be accountable, leadership is also necessary.
