"Prosperity" is the physical aspect of development, while "happiness" is the spiritual aspect and the basis for making prosperous citizens happy. Economic growth with the development of physical infrastructure, availability of natural resources, development of culture, increase in productivity, development of competent and capable human resources can measure prosperity.

The standard for measuring happiness is improvement in the daily lifestyle of citizens, respectable and dignified lifestyle, healthy and balanced environmental system, civilized and just society. 

21.6 percent of citizens in the country are still below the poverty line. About 91 percent of the total foreign trade is imports and about 9 percent is exports. Trade deficit is high. Capital expenditure is not being spent effectively, as a result of which development works are not completed on time and employment is not created. It is not enough to have the goal of prosperity, to reach the goal, economic, social development and prosperity should be aligned with the ladder of development. Citizens are in a vicious cycle of poverty, there is a need for a plan to get them out of it. 

"Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali" rather than being adopted as a slogan by only one class and group, the role of the right leadership to implement it is effective. Whose policy, only his leadership can literally follow the policy. If a suitable environment is created for this, it will help to go to the implementation stage. Due to the fact that the government changes from time to time due to various alliances, the work and plans started by one government are not prioritized by the other government. As is the practice in the political circle, if a good topic is raised by someone, then there is no tradition to call it good. If good slogans that cannot be implemented are made only for the ears to hear and the eyes to see, then it is an attack on the citizens. 

We lack good subject recognition and continuity. Due to the fact that the government does not stay until the time of making any program and implementing it, it is having a negative impact on the development of the country. After the political parties focused on balancing the power and the power, the interests of the country and the citizens have been overshadowed. What happened to the country and the people when it was about to reach the end of four decades of democracy in the country? Unemployment, despair, irregularity, restlessness, confusion continued. It is necessary to move forward with a long-term thinking on how to bring the country and the people to the path of prosperity by breaking through such common issues. In the days to come, it is important for political parties to go on the path of improvement, not collapse.

A negative commentary has been created such as nothing happened in the country, nothing will happen. If such comments are not digested in time, it starts to develop as a ritual, so that the good aspects can be overshadowed. Development in the country will come to a standstill until the tendency to give the impression that only speech works ends. It is important to realize what I can do and what I should do rather than what others have done. Instead of saying what the government and leadership will do and when, the citizens as a whole should open their eyes to what is the responsibility and duty of a citizen.
