One person was killed in a clash between two groups on Sunday night in Kaptainganj, Dewanganj Rural Municipality–3. Some civilians and security personnel were injured. Following the incident, the District Administration Office, Sunsari, has imposed an indefinite curfew order in some areas of Dewanganj and Harinagar rural municipalities.
The administration has requested the public to fully comply with the curfew order and not to leave their homes except for essential work.
