The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority has also launched an investigation against Armed Police School Kirtipur’s Accounts Officer, Armed Police Inspector (Inspector) Kalpana Gurung.
During the investigation, the District Police Range, Kathmandu arrested her along with Lilabahadur Lama Tamang, operator of MD Adventure Tours and Travels, on Asar 20. Following a letter from the government attorney, the accused were also presented to the Commission for investigation under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
