Police have arrested businessman Shankar Agrawal.
He was arrested on banking offense charges, Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) spokesperson SSP Anup Shamsher Jabara told Kantipur.
According to him, Agrawal will be presented to the court on Wednesday itself. "Since it is an old case, we will present him to the Patan High Court today," he said.
According to police, he was taken into custody because he was implicated in a case in which Deepak Bhatt is also a defendant.
