CB Lama, the director of Kantipur Cooperative, who escaped from Dillibazaar Prison during the Gen-G movement, has been arrested. The District Police Office, Makawanpur arrested him.
Makawanpur Police DSP Madhav Kafle confirmed to Kantipur that a team deployed after receiving information that he was hiding had arrested him. He said, "We have arrested him and handed him over to Bhimphedi Prison." He said that the Prison Management Department will decide whether to take him to Kathmandu or where to keep him.

He is accused of embezzling cooperative funds and investing in personal land, private companies and resorts.
