The Department of Land Management and Records has been experiencing problems with the software it has been operating for the service recipients for the past two days. Service recipients are facing difficulties due to problems in the public access system (public access module) launched by the department.
According to the information issued by the department on Thursday, the service will be affected until 31 Asad and 1 Shrawan due to technical problems in the system. When problems arise repeatedly in the software related to land revenue and land administration, the service is disrupted and service recipients have to suffer. According to an employee of the department, there is a problem in the system for filling out 'request forms' by service recipients from accounting to banking institutions. He said that when there is a problem in the system, work such as land withholding applications and passing will be stopped.
Stating that the problem is due to the load on the system at once, he said that work is being done on the system run by the department. He said, 'There is a problem in the system being provided to service recipients.' The system run by the department is running, we are providing services from the service desk of the land administration.
‘Yesterday and today, employees are working on applications,’ he said, ‘It seems that there is a problem if there is too much load. We are preparing to bring it into operation from Friday.’
