The Judicial Council has transferred 50 judges of the High Court. The Judicial Council meeting held today has transferred the Chairman of the Special Court, Sudarshan Dev Bhatta, to the High Court, Surkhet. He was working in the Special Court while maintaining his post in the Janakpur High Court.
Similarly, the Chairman of the Labor Court, Janak Pandey, has been transferred to the Hetauda Bench of the High Court, Patan. The Chairman of the Foreign Employment Tribunal, Shanta Sedhai Sapkota, has been transferred to the High Court, Dipayal. The member of the Special Court, Narayan Prasad Poudel, has been transferred to the Rajbiraj Bench of the High Court, Janakpur. Another member of the Special Court, Umesh Koirala, has been transferred to the High Court, Patan.
