The talks between metered-bill victims and Home Minister Sudhan Gurung have been halted for some time. Home Minister Gurung has left the talks.

The draft of six-point demands submitted to Home Minister Gurung by the victims has now been sent to Chief Secretary Govinda Bahadur Karki. The leader of the metered-bill victims' walking march and Gen-G activist Laxmi Ghimire said that the talks could reach a conclusion after Chief Secretary Karki studies the draft sent by Home Minister Gurung and sends it. According to her, the talks will be held again today.

Saying that there are some legal obstacles in the draft, Home Minister Gurung has suggested that a long-term solution should be found. The points of the draft have not been made public yet.
