The Kathmandu District Court has found former provincial chief Rajesh Ahiraj (Rajesh Jha) guilty in a rape case. The Kathmandu District Court found Ahiraj guilty on Tuesday.

A bench of Judge Chandrakant Poudel found him guilty and fixed the sentencing hearing for Ashad 32.

Ahiraj (Rajesh Jha) is the former provincial chief of Madhesh Province. He was the editor/publisher of the weekly magazine Madheshvani. He also has a PhD in Madhesh movement and Madheshism.
