231 Assistant Inspectors (AIS) of Nepal Police have been recommended for promotion to the post of Deputy Inspector of Police (DIP).
The Nepal Police Headquarters issued a notification on Friday stating that 231 ASIs under the District Police Group have been recommended for promotion to the post of SI.
The decision was taken at a meeting of the Promotion Committee held yesterday. The Police Headquarters has stated that the promotion recommendation list has been made public for the information of all concerned as per Sub-rule 940 of Rule 27 of the Police Regulations, 2071 BS.
As per the published list, the ASIs who have been recommended will be promoted to the post of Deputy Inspector of Police (DIP) under the District Police Group.
