Diyalo Foodland in Narayangadh has prepared 8 quintals of goat meat daily to cater to the approximately 4,100 delegates and participants of the first national convention of the National Independent Party (NISP).
Ramesh Adhikari, Managing Director of Foodland, said that approximately 200 employees have been mobilized for the catering service that will be operated for three days.
Breakfast will be provided from 7 am, lunch from 1 to 2:30 pm, Haiti from 3 to 5 pm, and dinner from 6 to 9 pm, he said. Breakfast will include goat meat and rice.
According to Foodland, at least 10 types of dishes will be served in the morning and evening meals. Along with cumin rice, lentils, vegetables, pickles, salads, and curd, cheese, mushrooms, and seasonal vegetables have been arranged for delegates who do not eat meat.
Food will be cooked directly at the convention venue and food can be purchased from both sides from 15 service stalls.
While food coupons have been provided to the delegates, they will have to bear their own accommodation expenses.
