The Ministry of Home Affairs has made public a toll-free number, email, QR code and WhatsApp number to receive complaints, grievances and suggestions related to its scope of work. For this, the toll-free number 1112, the email address complaint.moha.gov.np, WhatsApp number 9851360603 and QR code have been made public.

It is said that all kinds of complaints can be registered in this, such as the ineffectiveness of the service provided by the District Administration Office, the failure to address the complaint, the failure to register a complaint at the Police Office, the demand for money from someone to complete the work, the threat of working in the Home Minister's Secretariat.

'The Hello Home Call Center has been established to collect complaints, grievances and suggestions related to the scope of work of the Ministry of Home Affairs and to make the performance of the ministry more effective, transparent and efficient,' the Ministry of Home Affairs said in a statement issued on Friday. 'We request information on the details of how to send complaints, grievances and suggestions through the various means mentioned.'
