The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has taken Tirtha Raj Aryal, Director General of the Passport Department, under control. On Monday evening, a team of the CIAA arrested Aryal from the Tribhuvan International Airport while he was coming to Kathmandu from Dhangadhi and detained him.
