Police have arrested a man on charges of involvement in the murder of a young man at Shivalaya in Pashupati area of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-8.
According to SSP Santosh Khadka of the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, Santosh Pariyar alias Santosh Giri was found dead at Shivalaya No. 15, Pashupati on 6 Falgun 2082.
During the investigation of the incident, Subin Rana Magar alias Darbenath was arrested from Gaushala Municipality-6, Mahottari, on charges of involvement in the murder, SSP Khadka informed.
The arrested Rana Magar has been sent to the concerned police office for further investigation and legal action, according to the police. Both the arrested and the deceased were yogis living in Pashupati.
